We just received a ton of snow, which made completing this project this week even more special and (already) nostalgic for summer. This summer, I spent a lot of time in the garden and made a nature journal that I now turned into an accordion book.

I just finished a painting! It’s in my portfolio! I hope you will take a look 🙂
This is my first large format painting! I was commissioned for this but was left with complete freedom as to what to paint. I decided to feature two species from Vietnam. The tree is called Cassia fistula and the bird is an orange breasted trogon.
