Lunar New Year 2023 will be the year of the Cat in Vietnam! I’m so excited for this because I love cats! It was so fun painting these little ones playing with a forsythia branch. I used the Mieu Temple in Hue as a backgroung. It was very interesting researching Vietnamese temples. I decided on this one because I thought the courtyard was very pretty. Once again, the cats are dressed in Ao Dai, or traditional Vietnamese dresses.

I painted this with watercolours on watercolour paper.
