There is something so satisfying in painting plants that I know and love. For this second nature journal page, I selected a few of my favourite plants and even gave intimidating rose a go (she took me a day and a half, but I’m happy with the result!). I really enjoy this process.

I took pictures of different plants that were interesting and created this painting. I used watercolour paint on watercolour paper. The text is also calligraphed with watercolour instead of ink.

As per my previous nature journal page, I made this into a zine as well. I wrote some of my thoughts on each plants. I really like making these little book.
