Atelier News
This week, I worked on a very fun project that I actually had started a few years ago. I had put it to the side because inspiration was lost and life required my attention, but now, well it’s finished!
I only missed 10 illustrations for it to be completed so I marathon-ed my way through them. Then, I spent a lot of time on the computer playing with layout and image sizes and all that fun stuff.
Here’s an exclusive sneak peak! 😉 More news on this coming soon!

I’m reading…
After being done reading “Just Kids” last week, I needed something light and funny. So I grabbed this comic book at the library.
“Le Chat du Rabbin” by Joann Sfar follows the adventure of a Rabbi’s cat. However, this cat is a bit special. After eating the family’s parrot, it gains the ability to talk. However, this is not all good as he now needs to become a good Jew in order to spend time with his friend the Rabbi’s daughter.
The drawings are nervous which makes the whole work very dynamic and lively. The colours are so warm, it really makes you feel like you are in the Middle East!
I’ve only read the first book and I’m hooked! Funny, witty, and touching this book gives a fresh and unique insight into Judaism.
New in the Etsy store
No new design at the store this week, but I wanted to give you an update on the Koala project.
As most of you know, I’ve teamed up with my cousin Annie to create a koala gift set. All the proceeds from the sales of it are going to WIRES, an Australian organization helping the local fauna.
So far, we have collected 150$ out of our 500$ goal. It’s going slowly but surely thanks to your support. Thank you so much!
We also decided to sell the items of this gift set individually, so take a look! And share!!!
